Peace of mind
To give you peace of mind in your purchase, we offer a no-questions returns service if the shirt is in its original state, which means unworn, unwashed and as originally packaged; this means all pins, cardboard, plastic and shirt box. Make sure you are happy with your purchase before throwing away all the packaging.
Any returns need to be within 21 days of the date of purchase and we will either provide a refund, store credit or exchange. The cost of return will be borne by the customer.
Philippe Perzi Vienna will accept returns and pay for return shipping costs under the following circumstances:
- If you are a first time Philippe Perzi Vienna customer and you find that your shirt does not fit, we will provide a refund, store credit or an exchange for one shirt, provided the shirt is unwashed and has not been worn except to try on. All packaging must be returned with the shirt, including pins, cardboard , plastic and shirt box. If you are a first time Philippe Perzi Vienna customer and are at all concerned about how the shirt may fit you, we encourage you to initially purchase only one shirt and to check our size guide carefully for exact measurements; and
- If the garment is faulty.
Please note that where an exchange is requested, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to replace the exact product of your choice, given each garment is in limited edition and may no longer be available.
How to return items
If you wish to return an item, please contact us (email@example.com) including a short note detailing the reason for return and whether you wish to arrange for a refund, store credit or exchange. We will reply with details for you to effect the return.
Please note Philippe Perzi Vienna cannot be liable for any item returns that are lost or misdirected, which is why we recommend that all returns are recorded and can be tracked.
